Clerk Of Works
Lewisham Homes is an ambitious and growing organisation managing 19,000 homes on behalf of Lewisham Council.
We are looking for a Clerk of Works within our Stock Investment and Asset Management Team. You will ensure that our building contractors deliver a consistently high standard of work, within programme and to the satisfaction of our residents.
The successful candidate will keep detailed written records of health and safety, site conditions, resources deployed and works completed. You will ensure that our Contract Managers are fully aware of progress on site so that remedial action can be taken as required. Additionally, reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be required to take measures and checks on various elements of the work.
This key role helps to ensure the effective delivery of our large investment programme, including programmed works and special projects.
