We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our fast paced and dynamic Sales Team at Space Homes. You’ll be the face of The Pavilion, a development of 2-5 bedroom homes in the desirable area of Killinghall. You will be a passionate sales person who is target driven and takes satisfaction in providing a great customer service.

It is an exciting time to join the Space Homes Team as we continue to support Yorkshire Housing who own and manage more than 18,000 homes. Our build programme keeps growing and as a Yorkshire developer, we are dedicated to growing our brand in line with this so you will be key in representing Space Homes to visitors and buyers.

What will I be doing?

The Pavilion is a collection of 73 homes with a sales area featuring a 5 bedroom show home and marketing suite. You will be the face of Space Homes to prospective and existing buyers guiding them through the sales process. You will have regular communication and support from our Space Homes marketing team who will work with you to generate footfall and enquiries.

You will be responsible for promptly responding to all leads generated and be motivated to achieve your developments sales rates; closing sales at the earliest opportunity, at the best price and delivering a great customer experience for the buyer.

You will be actively involved with all external parties to achieve legal completion and take responsibility in ensuring your developments properties are ready and to Space Homes standards at handover ensuring that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.

What are we looking for?

This role would suit someone who thrives within a fast paced environment, is target driven and has experience in closing sales. You must have knowledge of the sales process and understand the importance of customer experience.

You will have a ‘can do’ attitude with the motivation to solve problems and reach solutions. Good IT skills are a bonus but you must be a strong communicator with the ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment.

What can you expect:

In return we offer £22,583 + commission OTE 40-45k for a 35 hour week, 25 days annual leave (raising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.

This is a fix term contract for 12months, full time (35 hours per week) role with fixed location at Killinghall and on occasion be asked to travel to different locations.
