We are seeking a CEO to provide the overall vision, inspiration and strategic leadership for Camphill Village Trust’s staff and supporters. We have a deep and rich history to draw upon, but our ambition to continue to innovate and develop is stronger than ever.

 You will be our key spokesperson in the communities we serve, managing professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, our staff and our Board; as well as being responsible for attaining the highest standards across governance, finance, services and operations. We strive for excellence, ensuring that quality, equality and inclusion is at the heart of all that we do.

To be considered for this role, you will need to offer previous CEO experience or have operated at Director level within the senior leadership team of a dynamic and complex organisation, bringing considerable experience of developing and translating strategy in line with the vision and mission of the organisation.

Critical to success will be your understanding of, commitment to and empathy towards, the underlying Camphill Village Trust ethos.
