You will be an experienced housing professional who is well-versed in current best practice, who can find innovative answers to a range of issues and have a strong track record of delivery.

You must therefore have:

  • You should have at least 3 years’ experience of working in Housing or a similar field.  A CIH Level 4 in Housing Studies or equivalent would also be desirable.
  • A good understanding of all relevant legislation, in relation to tenancy and estate management and anti-social behaviour
  • The ability to deal with conflicting priorities and deliver under pressure, using your own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to work positively with people in crisis
