We have a much sought after vacancy for a Lead Developer to join us at Clarion. This is a broad role centred around Microsoft technology stack. Clarion is at forefront of technology with innovation plans on Dynamics 365 Finance, Customer services, Marketing automation, connected field services, Azure Cognitive services and Power platform.

Clarion Housing Group has recently implemented a large scale business transformation enabled by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday. We are now establishing an exciting new "Business Solutions Centre" to provide the capability to support future enhancements and innovation. The Business Solution Centre will retain the teams that will work with the business to gather requirements and design, build and test the solutions.

This role is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled developers in the delivery of high quality software adhering to best practices.

You'll be required to mentor junior & senior developers, where there would be a high level of autonomy on the running of projects from a technical perspective, working closely with the Solution Architects. Due to the number of projects, you'll be expected to make key decisions whilst being required to be fully hands-on and to also take on work items.

You'll be responsible for the technical design of one or more elements of the Clarion Technology Stack including MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, PowerApps and Logic Apps, providing support and guidance to developers to ensure software and code are performant and of high quality.

To be successful in this role, you'll also need:

Experience and examples of leading a development team

  • Deep technical experience in one of Microsoft Dynamics 365 App (CE or FinOps)
  • Experience in Microsoft technology stack including PowerApps and Azure preferred
  • Experience in code review, optimization, branching and release lifecycle
  • Experience in integration technologies related to D365

If this sounds like an opportunity you'd be interested in, we look forward to hearing from you.
