What you'll do

Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months
This position can be based at our Croydon, Sittingbourne or Battle Office.

Can you work with multi-discipline teams to create excellent social value, that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives? Then join Optivo as a Project Coordinator!

You’ll be working with Optivo contractors to ensure social value commitments are delivered. Securing meaningful opportunities, developing projects and activities to benefit our residents and local communities.

You’ll be responsible for the coordination of social value leverage, providing opportunities for our residents via Optivo’s supply chain and partner businesses.

You’ll devise and delivering an annual programme of social value projects.
You’ll be working closely with Social Impact colleagues, Procurement, Assets, Development & Construction Teams to ensure social value is provided.
You’ll take responsibility for planning projects, ensuring that performance targets, milestones and standards of excellence are achieved at all times.

What you'll need

You’ll have a senior level understanding of social impact, community services, health & wellbeing support, community assets, employment support services, charities and social enterprise.
You’ll have demonstrable experience of partnership working, building effective working relationships, writing reports and project proposals, project leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to deliver programmes that benefit residents and their communities.
You’ll have a good understanding and experience of housing association or charity sector.
