As a Project Manager, you will be managing business projects, delivering outputs and outcomes to a wide range of Business stakeholders.

The role
As part of the Business Change Team, you will manage and coordinate projects to meet identified business needs and objectives, engaging effectively with stakeholders, estimating and planning to deliver on time and to budget, coordinating resources, managing risks and reporting on progress.
As part of the role, you will create project plans, estimating effort on key deliverables and outcomes, resources and preparing the plan collaboratively with key stakeholders. You will maintain project plans including change requests, forecasting and updating resource forecasts. You will also identify dependencies with other projects, BAU activities in addition to managing risks and issues, providing mitigations actions and escalating at the portfolio level. In line with this, you will plan for any application support with effective handover of finished projects to the operations and support teams. You will work closely and collaboratively with business sponsors, stakeholders, partners, IT & change team colleagues.
Key requirements
You will have experience running projects from initiation to successful completion demonstrating project management and leadership capabilities. You will have experience of planning tools, estimating techniques and cost/budget tracking. In line with this, you will have experience with project management frameworks. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to network effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. You will be well-organised and self-motivated being able to work alone as well as part of a team.
