Projects and Partnerships Manager (Children & Young People)

This role will work strategically to enable positive change and reduce issue based challenges affecting MTVH’s residents and communities with a focus on: increasing positive pathways for young people; improving health and wellbeing vulnerable residents; and raising the profile of the Group. It involves extensive partnership management, data analysis and profile-raising activities through a range of communication channels. The role will work collaboratively with regional and national colleagues to co-ordinate community investment activities in alignment with Empowering Futures objectives and local need. This role will identify and build relationships with potential partners, developing high quality proposals and securing support for projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will come with an extensive knowledge and understanging of the youth sector as the role will have a specific focus on developing our MTVH youth offer. They will have a track record of developing trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at local, regional and national levels. They will be an excellent communicator with effective facilitation skills to develop and coordinate partnerships that can deliver positive sustainable outcomes across our national geography. This is a values driven role and we will be looking for someone with the energy, enthusiasm and passion to make a real difference for MTVH residents and communities.
The nature of this role means that the post holder will be involved in regulated activity with vulnerable adults. To meet our commitment to providing safe, high quality services to our customers we will complete standard background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service, which will include a check of the Barred list, once an offer employment is made. A new check will be completed every three years.
