Landlord Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a Landlord Compliance Coordinator (1 post) to join our Property Services and Delivery team.
The Landlord Compliance Coordinator will support the Landlord Compliance team in management of databases, collation of information, providing regular reports and performance management and monitoring.
Responsibilities include supporting the Landlord Compliance Team to ensure accurate and up to date records of proposed and completed compliance work, ensuring that finance records are maintained and current, to ensure Onward is fully compliant and reduces any residual risk to customers, colleagues and third parties. This includes recording and checking compliance related certificates, analyse information on Landlord Compliance related programmes and ensuring effective management of systems for delivery of landlord compliance works.
You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and have previous administrative / support experience in the housing sector. You would preferably have knowledge of contract delivery, and contractor management and also be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills as you will have to communicate to wider teams and to third parties. Experience of working in a customer focused environment would be beneficial. This post would suit someone with a methodical approach to work, with sound organisation skills and with experience of working in a team environment but also have the ability to work on your own initiative. Good IT skills are essential, including Microsoft and Orchard. You will be expected to use other third party software packages as part of your role so to be able to adapt quickly and learn new skills would be an advantage.

The base location for this role is Didsbury. Due to Covid-19, we have adapted our working arrangements under government guidelines and Safe Systems of Work.
