We are seeking a highly motivated manager who is passionate about service development to motivate and lead our Neighbourhoods, Independent Living Services and Support Teams. We will expect you to have a good working knowledge of the legal obligations as a landlord, understand all regulatory requirements and standards and have a good awareness of Health and Safety requirements. You will be responsible for advising on, managing and monitoring tenancy sustainment, enforcement and in some cases taking legal action.

To complement this, you must also have considerable experience liaising with customers through customer involvement, feedback and complaints processes to support fair and reasonable outcomes for customers.

It goes without saying that you will need to possess excellent communications skills, can demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care and be an exceptional leader and team player.
