We're looking for an experienced Environment Analyst to join our IT team in Norwich.

The IT Environment Analyst will join Clarion at an exciting time where they'll support the group's IT modernisation journey, working in the Environment and Release team and taking responsibility for maintaining non-production environments in line with the environment and release strategy and associated schedule.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:-

  • Maintaining the application versions and conducting data refreshes for a suite of environments to facilitate all stages of DEV, FAT, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production and production for all enterprise applications.
  • Supporting teams, initially focusing on D365, to ensure the environments are kept up to date with the planned version of code and configuration.
  • Manage forward view of environment allocation ensuring all planned releases have sufficient connectivity.
  • Working with project managers to ensure their environment requirements are known and taken into account when allocating environments.

What are we looking for?

We're seeking a self-starter with a proven track record of using, supporting and maintaining a wide range of core business applications or equivalent in testing, release and environment management, specifically D365 ERP and/or CRM. You'll have a background in stakeholder engagement and excellent communications skills with demonstrable experience of working across virtual multi skilled teams. Experience working with ITIL service and support processes is also desirable.
