With a number of our Non-Executive Directors reaching full term, we are looking to attract a new Chair and Board Members who share our business ethos and will help us to build a board that is representative of our diverse customer base.

As Chair of the Board, you will offer strong values-driven leadership and bring a clear insight into governance and risk. Our Non-Executive Directors will bring a range of skills and expertise, particularly in the areas of strategic finance, legal, housing management or HR.

This may be your first Non-Executive Director role and we welcome people who are outside the housing sector. What is most important is your energy, willingness to learn about our sector and a real commitment to making a difference to our customers and communities.
