The Role

Reporting to the Executive Director of Development you will be responsible for the effective marketing and progression of sales within agreed time and income targets. You will ensure successful performance and management of the Trust’s new homes sales programme and will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction targets with new home sales whilst ensuring that the Trust maintains and executes robust sales procedures.  You will manage both our main shared ownership sales programme and a small programme of market sale homes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must have sales experience preferably including Shared Ownership sales and nominations.
  • Strong sales focus and track record of dealing with prospective purchasers and pushing sales through.
  • Able to negotiate formally and informally, internally and externally securing co-operation from third parties and delivering value for money.
  • Record of driving sales to completion and exceeding targets.
