We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to provide high-quality `right first time` and cost-effective building services to our business and our customers.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, have relevant trade related qualifications and have experience of general property maintenance in the domestic and commercial sectors.
It is preferable for you to have experience within any of the following trades;
- Brickwork renew and repair
- Floor laying
- Installing kitchens
- Any combination of the above
You must also be able to take part in an 8:00am - 6:00pm rota and be included in OOH rota as and when required.
You will conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work and recognised industrial standards for such work, minimizing damage to the fabric of the property
