You will lead a team of Housing Insight & Service Improvement Officers, to deliver a responsive customer insight service that supports managers in the front-line teams to continually improve their services. Providing high level of customer service and resolution to complaints, enquiries and FOIs.
Analysing the customer satisfaction and insight information collected by the Housing Insight Officers you will identify successful service delivery provision and opportunities for service improvement. This role requires a high level of IT proficiency and experience of managing teams of researchers and analysts in a customer focused environment.
