We are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Investment (1 post) to join our Finance Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of the role is to deliver finance business partnering services to the Property Strategy team; provide financial analysis and deliver a collaborative approach to financial forecasting, planning and reporting.
Responsibilities will include providing technical expertise to ensure effective financial challenge and appraisal of asset investment proposals and overseeing the financial management of asset data.
In addition, working with operational teams to ensure good quality financial forecasts exist to inform the 30-year financial plan. Develop and maintain a suite of high-quality reports to accurately report financial performance. Work with colleagues in finance and operations to effectively manage the budget and financial planning process to support strategic and operational business plan objectives, and to deliver value for money.
In order to be successful it is essential to have experience of delivering high standard of customer service to all stakeholders providing tailored financial support and guidance, be commercially minded and demonstrate added value through financial analysis and insight, have experience of managing and reporting financial performance information and experience of financially appraising investment opportunities.
Full/Part or working towards qualification with a recognised accounting body (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or relevant professional experience is also essential.
