Development Delivery Manager

Position: Development Delivery Manager   

Location: North West/Cumbria  

Salary: £55,000 (Performance Based Bonus Up To 15%)

Duration: Permanent

ROLE

Greenacre has partnered with a For Profit Registered Provider to help source them Delivery Managers in 2 different locations, one for their North East Region and the other for their North West region. The role will focus on delivery of their ambitious development portfolio and programme feeding into their national plan. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for delivery of a variety of schemes from pre start through to on site and then into the defects stage. 
• Reporting directly into the Head of Delivery providing reports on current status of sites from live to complete. 
• Working with the acquisitions and new business team to understand the pipeline of business coming through and making sure everything is ready for the scheme to go “on site”.
• Attend meetings with contractors, employers agents and external stakeholders to keep to update on progress of sites and take action to rectify any issues that may arise. 
• Manage budgets on various schemes ensuring work is completed to a high spec and standard before signing off on completions.
