About the Role

Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team and supporting our Executive Team and Board, you will provide strategic leadership to our People and Innovation teams, responsible for developing and implementing our people and innovation strategies. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR/OD leader with a strong track record in HR, organisational development, change management, culture, and learning and development. You will be able to continuously improve people and organisational processes to support the delivery of our vision, values and strategic objectives with a real passion for people engagement, cultivating teams and delivering amazing innovation. You will play a lead role in driving a high performance culture to support business growth that will enable the organisation to attract, develop and harness the right people.

About you

With a strong track record of senior HR or people leadership roles you will lead from the front and be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive and deliver change. You will have a flair, creativity, and have a real desire to make a difference and put our tenants at the centre of all we do. This role will have exposure to all aspects and levels of the business therefore you will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally. Someone who can build relations, be a trusted advisor, able to coach and counsel at all levels, with the credibility to influence change, and can challenge norms and encourage different perspectives.

You will have the skills to inspire and motivate a team of hard-working and passionate individuals, you will know how to get the best from them, even when the schedules are tight, and the demands are high.

You will need to be a relational, emotionally intelligent, creative, approachable and energetic leader of people, who relates strongly to our vision and values and is passionate about putting people at the heart of everything we do.  Experience of working with Boards would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent, with a relevant professional qualification, such as a Master’s in Human Resource Management or a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
