Location: Home based until COVID restrictions allow return to office, then Bradford office 2/3 days per week

Salary: Up to £33,465 dependent on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

About the role:

You will design engaging and interactive learning solutions that meet the business requirements through developing a blended learning approach that includes enabling and capturing the effective learning transfer back into the workplace. You will be leading on a range of exciting learning projects with a range of stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organisation in line with our organisational integrational and transformational strategy.  You will be contributing specialist e-learning skills and knowledge to technology-enhanced learning projects and identify and promote excellent examples of enhancement innovations of relevance to the organisation.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A passion for creating exciting and engaging learning resources
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at a time
  • Knowledge of learning technology best practice.
  • Excellent Articulate Storyline skills to be able to design and create engaging and effective e-learning content. Demonstrate skills within Adobe suite, Camtasia, and authoring tools to develop engaging learning solutions
  • Experience of project managing a number of learning technology solutions.
  • Experience with Moodle LMS
  • Use of testing and assessment methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content.
