Job Details
We’re looking for an experienced property data professional who wants to make a difference and strives in a challenging fast paced environment. If you have a proven track record of analysing titles, obtaining documents from the Land Registry, carrying out searches, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and dealing with post-completion matters? Then a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join us as a Property Charging Manager
In this exciting new role:
You’ll have an excellent opportunity to lead our property charging team of four people and will be responsible for overseeing the analysis and storage of the accurate information and documents needed to charge Optivo's new and existing unencumbered stock.
Leading Optivo's property charging exercises, producing property portfolios tailored to particular loans and lenders. And ensuring that processes and procedures are in place to maintain registers of charged properties for each relevant lender/counterparty, and to improve our property information as new information emerges from property charging exercises.
What you'll need
Ideally, you’ll have worked in similar role as a Paralegal/Archivist/Data Manager within a property related environment.
You’ll have an understanding of legal requirements on titles to allow charging to take place, and knowledge of databases, filing and archive systems. You’ll have an in-depth understanding of good information governance and robust process design.
You’ll be a great communicator, and able to form relationships with a wide range of people across the business as well as external legal advisors and planning officials.
Along with a good standard of written communication suitable for legal correspondence you will be a self-motivated individual with appetite to take on a wide range of challenges and comfortable with changing priorities to suit business need.
The role will work with a range of Internal & External stakeholders, so a positive approach to collaborative team working is essential. You’ll live our one team culture.
Closing date for applications: Sunday 18 April 2021, 11:00pm
