South Derbyshire District Council is investing in its Housing Service in order to provide quality homes and services for tenants and the residents of South Derbyshire.

The Council would like to hear from committed, enthusiastic and determined housing, asset management and maintenance practitioners who can help to develop and improve services that respond to the changing needs of customers and the new regulatory framework.

This new role will play a major part in developing services to deliver repairs services to three thousand council owned homes.
