We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Partner. You will be delivering a frontline housing management services to our leasehold customers, specialising in Domestic Abuse and Safeguarding casework.

The role:

  • To shape and deliver a service to customers in complex situations experiencing a form of abuse or suffering.
  • Experience in root causes of people’s behaviours and ways that abuse can demonstrate itself.
  • Help us to build processes that best support our customer’s at the most difficult times.
  • To work with Stonewater’s partner agencies to contribute to and/or coordinate multi-agency approaches.
  • Be a champion for Stonewater’s ‘tone of voice’ campaign, providing a first class customer service that makes customers feel respected, valued and listened to
  • Provide customers with a customer journey that is efficient in terms of delivering resolution or next steps
  • Be responsive to changing customer needs and human by being compassionate
  • Build customer confidence in digital channels
  • Use data and behavioural insights to propose service innovations
  • Take personal pride in Stonewater’s neighbourhoods and our work with customers

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience of working in roles supporting people experiencing domestic abuse or other forms of abuse or suffering
  • Experience of safeguarding and managing complex customer cases
  • Experience leading multi-agency approaches to get positive outcomes
  • Commitment to innovation, quality, customer service and value for money
  • Experience of a broad range of partnership working to meet the needs of customers
  • Ability to think ‘beyond process’ to find innovative solutions for customers
