We are looking for an Assistant Finance Business Partner with enthusiasm and ambition to join our Business Partnering team. We need you to be part way through your studies and will provide you with support to continue. We need a strong character who can inspire, engage and communicate effectively at all levels. Your areas of responsibility will be supporting the operational business, providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis that enable strong decision making.

Some experience of working in a Management Accounting capacity preferably as a Business Partner would be advantageous, but is not necessary, to have a genuine interest in this area and an enthusiasm for learning and developing yourself and the role is more important. You need to be comfortable working across the business providing insight and challenge in a manner aligned to our corporate and people values. You will aid in delivering high quality financial information for the key operational areas representing circa £14m (circa 19% of our budgeted expenditure) providing detailed analysis, reporting and forecasting. You will work alongside the Finance Business Partner and report directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver a full financial service. Experience within the housing sector would be desirable, though not essential.
