Our new Director of Finance and Corporate Services will be a valued member of our Executive Team and will play a key role in providing strategic leadership and driving our vision into reality. With senior finance leadership experience gained within the social housing sector, you will bring technical excellence and have a deep understanding of all facets of housing association finance, naturally providing assurance and confidence to the rest of the organisation.

You will also bring a good understanding of data and technology in a housing association setting, as the role includes managing the IT and Business Intelligence functions. The role may include other Corporate Services: Human Resources,Communications and Project Management, depending on your experience and interest.

You will also bring the vision, strategic thinking and strong people skills to support our journey as we build Golding Homes into the great community housing association that we want it to be, providing homes that bring pride and developing strong relationships with key local partners. The Finance and Corporate Services directorate will be providing the professional advice and efficient support that is required for Golding to be the best it can be.
