We are looking for a great addition to our team to join us on an interim basis for six months (starting on 1st June 2021). We have many exciting plans for improvement and growth over the coming months and we are looking for someone to play a key part in shaping and delivering this with us in this key executive level role.

You will have a track record of working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at senior levels to deliver on business objectives along with experience in managing across a range of areas such as customer service and performance improvement within this portfolio. With building safety so high on the agenda, experience in this area would be particularly important. You will have an eye for solutions, and you will be a creative thinker who is not afraid to try something different. You should enjoy working together as part of a successful team and be able to demonstrate great communication and leadership skills to get the best out of people. Above all, you will have the drive and determination to succeed and overcome the challenges that we face in this fast-moving environment.
