We are looking for a Business Analyst (1 post) to join our Projects Team.
Reporting to the Head of Project Office you will facilitate process alignment, design and Group integration, and support future business requirements capture for key Group-wide projects.
Responsibilities will include supporting business leads in translating the overall vision for projects, leading process design workshops focusing on engagement and tangible outputs, create business process maps in order to support effective decision making and manage budgets, resources and priorities of the team to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
In order to be successful you will have facilitation expertise in planning and leading workshops and proven expertise in understanding the direction of a project and adapting / tailoring process design to ways of working to fit the business and organisational change context. You should hold a degree or diploma in related area or commensurate experience and six sigma / lean practitioner or equivalent.
All posts are recruited to the recruitment salary and movement to the confirmed salary is based on successful completion of a 6 month probation.
