Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Don't miss out on this apprenticeship opportunity! We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Digital Inclusion Project Assistant to join the team at Clarion Futures in London.

About the role

This is a busy and varied role, where you will be provide administrative support to the Clarion Futures Money and Digital Team, support the delivery of digital skills and devices and provide telephone based information, guidance and support for Clarion residents seeking to get online and stay connected.

Some of the key duties will include:

  • Understanding the Clarion Futures Digital offer so you can provide information about digital support services and guidance to customers by telephone and email as required
  • Supporting residents on their journey from not being online to using the internet as an everyday tool
  • Working as a key member of the Clarion Futures Digital team, ensuring the technical support is available to support customers to learn and that information and guidance is provided when requested.
  • Working with the Digital Inclusion Officers to maintain the stock of training equipment used by the Clarion Futures Digital Team and other contracted suppliers
  • Co-ordinating promotional materials


About you

To be successful, you'll come to us with a minimum grade D in GCSE English and Maths and a desire to learn and complete the relevant qualifications for this apprenticeship. With previous experience of data monitoring and/or Smart Survey use, you'll work well in a team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll also need good organisational / planning skills and be able to work to deadlines.


About the apprenticeship

We offer the opportunity to study for a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship which will take up to 18 months to complete and study for your NVQ qualification. You'll develop new key skills and behaviours which will support your personal development and progression. Where you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
