This role

MTVH have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to work within our Homeownership and Service Charge directorate. This is for a 9-month fixed term contract, supporting on specific projects within the team.

You would be based either at our Nottingham or London offices so please enquire if you are interested in either.

This is a full-time position.

This role will support the Service Charge Specialist as the data owner and custodian of data improvement and reporting for service charges. Providing accurate up to date, regular and ad-hoc data analysis to support service charge budget setting, management and performance information for service charge teams and the wider business

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Act as the data owner within a live system and oversee the change control process with all relevant stakeholders

  • Produce and manipulate data to support service charge systems and processes

  • System administration to support the day to day delivery, management and setup of service charges

  • Providing accurate, regular management and performance information in line with corporate and departmental timelines.

  • Produce data analysis and reports required across the team

  • Collect, validate, interpret and present data in new and insightful ways

  • Support with the design, implementation and improvement of systems supporting service charges

  • Interpreting business requirements into coding suitable for use in the setup of a new service charge system

  • Source and implement new data sets where required, and work to continually improve the data managed

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences and to think strategically to find solutions to problems

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to work in a creative, agile fast paced environment.

  • Ability to document and define key processes and functions for a range of audiences

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the cause rather than symptom on any issue.

  • Confident and experienced collaborator.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and sustain working relationships with key stakeholders and to transfer knowledge.

  • Able to present and communicate analysis effectively and with impact.

  • Analytical problem-solving approach.
