Job Details

If you are an experienced corporate financier and have either a social housing finance track record or transferable skills from other sectors, join Optivo as a Treasury Manager.

You will be joining one of the UK’s largest social housing providers and have a vital role in funding new affordable housing and investing in our existing homes, while keeping our organisation financially secure.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance and managing three colleagues, you will have responsibility for a £2.5 billion treasury portfolio, growing by £100-200 million every year.

You’ll manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, bond investors, ratings agencies, professional advisors and others. And you’ll help us shape and deliver Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting and funding strategies that deliver lasting benefits to all our stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with Property Charging, Financial Planning and Financial Services colleagues to deliver our treasury strategy while staying on top of all our policies, guidelines and obligations.

You’ll maintain our treasury management system, processes & procedure manuals, and robust controls in an assured, effective and efficient control environment.

You’ll lead, inspire and be a role model to your team and others.
