Senior Maintenance Surveyor (East Region)
Salary – Circa £47,000 +£5,000 car allowance
Location – Saffron Walden/home based
Hours – 35 hours per week
As a leading provider of affordable, rural homes in the south of England, Hastoe is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Maintenance Surveyor to join our East region team. You’ll be managing responsive maintenance services from North Norfolk to Oxford with your team of Regional Maintenance Surveyors. Reporting into the Property Services Manager, your priorities will focus on providing a great responsive repairs service for our residents in the East region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contract administration of responsive repairs and voids contracts.
- Line Management of a team of Regional Maintenance Surveyors
- Delivering a proactive and responsive customer focused service.
About you
You will be an experienced property surveyor with good knowledge of building construction, regulations and health and safety, with a relevant professional qualification.
You will have experience in managing high performing teams and supervising contracts in a similar environment.
You will be customer focused and work collaboratively with others in delivering excellent services.
There may be options for homeworking however you will required to travel across Hastoe’s East area of Operation and attend the Saffron Walden Office on a regular basis
