We have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join our team based in Walthamstow. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.

About the Multi Trade Operative role:

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to perform multi-trade duties in the provision of excellent repairs and maintenance services. Additionally, you will continue to develop your own role through a combination of work-based learning and formal development opportunities.

Responsibilities of our Multi Trade Operative include:

- Ensuring the provision of excellent customer services to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction through achieving all KPI’s
- Acquiring and improving on valuable skills in designated areas through both work-based and formal learning and development opportunities
- Giving and receiving feedback on work performance with your manager
- Independently undertaking multi-trade duties and assisting other multi-trade operatives to deliver first-class repairs and maintenance services
- Supporting the team with collating and updating management data
- Complying with all other statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to repairs and maintenance
- Following Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure your own safety and that of others in the workplace

What we’re looking for in our Multi Trade Operative:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines
- A commitment to equal opportunities, with the ability to work in culturally diverse communities
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a multi-trade operative in a repairs and maintenance environment
- Willingness to undertake work of a physical nature
- The ability to follow written/schematic instructions and measurements
- The ability to produce appropriate feedback to colleagues and managers
- Full driving licence
