About the role
The property services administrator will provide an administration support to the repairs team.
The job is varied and includes, but is not limited to the following examples tasks
- Customer complaints
- Administrative support for the Regional Manager, Senior/Surveyors
- Attendance at meetings to take minutes
- Reports
- Significant use Excel spread sheets and other Microsoft packages
About you
You will have the ability to work as part of a team, have genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service, promoting a positive attitude within the team and have a flexible approach.
You will be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with all customers, have excellent written and oral communication, have excellent attention to detail. A good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and Microsoft word is a must.
