This role

As the Leasehold & Service Charge Assistant you will provide an efficient and effective service to customers and colleagues, by assisting in the calculation of service charges, management fees, ground rents and other charges to tenants, leaseholders, landlords and other agencies.

You will support the Leasehold and Service Charge Team to deliver its operational targets, with a particular focus on accurate production of service charge information for customers as well as assisting third party service charges. You will be processing high volume of managing agent invoices, ensuring all supplier accounts are up to date and dealing with internal and external enquiries around payment. You’ll deal with supplier statement reconciliation and updating/ maintaining associate invoice log spreadsheets.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, including responding to complaints/disputes.

  • Computer literate with experience of word processing (including mail merges) advanced excel and other IT systems

  • Able to demonstrate numeracy, attention to detail, accurate administration skills.

  • Empathy with the values and ethos of the organisation
