Administrator

Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. 

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary £18,576 to £19,900pa

£9.50 per hour if you’d prefer to work on our bank on a casual basis

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team in our Centre of Excellence where you’ll work in the Customer Resource team. Our team work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service delivery targets are met for our potential, new, live and former customers.

About our team

You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about providing brilliant customer service.  To us we’re not just a team we’re a ‘work family’.

Our manager is Geoff Rudd, he has been with the organisation for eight years and worked in a variety of roles during his time. There are 5 of us in the team, Jo has been with the organisation over 20 years, Shirley has been with us over 5 years, Terri and Jess joined us in April 2019 and have brought valuable experience to the team. Finally, we have Karen who is our current apprentice and is coming to the end of her period with us to gain some valuable qualifications for her to develop her career further. The team really do have a family feel with their witty banter, but they go out of their way to show their caring side towards all colleagues.

Working hours

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm.

Looking for a more flexible working pattern? You can also join us on a flexible basis by being part of our bank.  You can work hours that fit around your current commitments or even pick up some additional shifts to your main role to earn some extra cash and get paid weekly!

About you

You’ll have previous administration experience, with the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads to ensure you meet your deadlines. You’ll have excellent working knowledge of office procedures with extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

You’ll be an effective team member and work with minimum supervision, are you self-motivated and able to use your own initiative, then this is the role for you.
