We're looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead on the policy/procedure and auditing of our over 55's housing portfolio (LiveSmart).

As a key member of the Senior Management Team in Specialist Services, you'll help Clarion to deliver its strategic goals by delivering a framework for ways of working, maintaining and developing policy and procedures, research and delivering an audit programme for our LiveSmart Housing.

Other key responsibilities will include:-

  • Assisting in identifying areas for service improvement through the analysis of audit outcomes - delivering your recommendations at senior level and monitoring linked action plans
  • Supporting the learning and development commitment for LiveSmart
  • Advising on older persons services for the business in-line with our Age Friendly Strategy, informing this by research you have conducted
  • Financial planning - ensuring our services deliver the right services reflecting associated costs

We're seeking exceptional professionals with substantial experience in audit and compliance management for a large organisation. You'll need extensive experience of planning, managing and delivering projects from scoping to outcome stage and in-depth knowledge of report writing and presentation at senior level. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for the role.
