Building Homes. Developing Futures.

Are you a motivated and commercially focused Affordable Housing development specialist looking for a new and exciting challenge?

We are looking for an ambitious and collaborative Partnerships Manager to join our North team, with the expertise and track record required to deliver against defined regional growth targets.

Working with the Regional Director of Partnerships and Senior Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new opportunities to deliver high quality affordable homes. You will achieve this by building strong mutually beneficial partnerships with key developers and house-builders.

Alongside this, you will assist with management of stakeholder relations, ensuring positive and productive relationships with local authorities, regional government and Homes England, whilst ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

To be successful in the role, you will draw upon your experience in affordable housing to drive high standards and ensure stakeholder and customers' needs are met. This will be underpinned by entrepreneurial flair and an eye for detail, whilst maintaining energy in getting deals done.

In addition to securing strategic s106 and package deal opportunities, you will support the acquisition of land and the creation of joint ventures across the region, demonstrating your commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating large, complex deals within a high performing team.

We're seeking candidates who can demonstrate strong financial appraisal and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from Clarion's wider multi-disciplinary Development team. To succeed in this rewarding role, you will be required to display excellent communication and organisation skills, alongside an ability to challenge, support, influence and engage with senior managers and stakeholders to secure support for solutions in support of our ambition.

In return we will offer you a competitive salary and generous benefits package in a supportive environment, with plenty of scope for your career advancement and salary progression.
