Plus, Brilliant Benefits!

Delivering support with a difference. That?s when it hits home!

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome (and growing) Leasehold team! You will be supporting 8,000 leasehold customers nationally covering varying tenures and will be responsible for managing your own workload and geographical area. As a supporting role you will work alongside our Service Delivery and Maintenance Teams to deliver our customer promise as well as working with our Legal, Sales, Development and Finance team to ensure a great customer experience. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do!

As a Leasehold Coordinator the detail really matters as you will be responsible for setting and reconciling service charge budgets across all leasehold schemes. You will also drive and administer all Section 20 consultations and provide critical information for resale packs. You will have a passion for doing a great job and exceeding customer and colleague expectations. It?s a busy team with lots to do so energy, resilience and a can-do attitude will just be how you do business!

What makes us No. 10 in the UK?s Best Super Large Great Places to Work, 7th Best Place in the UK for Great Places for Women to Work, 18th in the Stonewall Top 100 and Investors in People Gold Standard??? It?s our brilliant people and culture!

About our team

You?ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about providing a consistent and professional specialist leasehold service to customers and colleagues. There are 23 of us in the team in total based across the North and South but we operate as one National Team. We are newly formed, so this is a great opportunity to join us on the start of our journey!

Our manager is Christine Jeffers who has worked at Home Group for 13 years in a variety of roles within our Finance and Frontline Operational teams. She is passionate about getting it right for the customer as well as setting and smashing targets, she loves a challenge, we hope you do too!

Working hours

Whilst our working hours tend to be 09:00am - 17:30pm, it is the team?s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child?s school play, your partner?s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!

About you

It would be amazing if you already have the key skills and knowledge of Leasehold having already worked in a Leasehold Department before. However, if not it?s your ?can do? positive attitude and enthusiasm that are critical to make this role a success. We can nurture your talent, just let us know in your cover letter why you have a passion for working here!

You?ll be organised with strong communication skills, to build effective stakeholder relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders. You will ensure that we always get the best result in a timely manner. You?ll have a good understanding of budgets and financial data in order to do the role effectively. Its key that you have good Customer Service skills to be able to support our customers effectively. They are relying on you to be knowledgeable, helpful and ensure their enquiry is dealt with accurately and timely.

You will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel, in order to manipulate data. With your own area of around 1,000 customers to support you will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.

As this is a community based role, you need to be able to drive, as well as having access to a car insured for business purposes. Don?t worry, we?ll pay you expenses to cover this use!
