We are looking for a Lettings and Administration Team Leader (1 post) to join our Neighbourhoods Team.


Reporting to the Neighbourhood Delivery Manager you will lead and manage a high performing team of Neighbourhood Assistants to ensure that letting objectives are achieved.  You will manage our letting process for the regional area, checking and verifying tenancy agreements and sign-up packs.  You will research and implement best practice in relation to letting homes and leading on advertising and marketing campaigns, whilst making recommendations to improve internal policies and procedures relating to tenancy and neighbourhood management.

Working collaboratively across our Neighbourhood regional teams, you will work effectively with the Contact Centre and other internal service areas to deliver customer service.

To be successful, it is essential that you have experience of leading people to deliver high performance.  This experience should demonstrate delivering excellent customer service and partnership working and as part of a wider team to achieve our desired objectives.  You should have knowledge and awareness of housing regulations and choice based lettings and nominations systems, with proven IT skills.  Ideally you should have marketing and advertising experience and of developing or improving policies, processes and systems, but this is desirable.
