We’re looking for an exceptional Development Project Manager who wants to make a difference and strives in a challenging fast paced environment. If you have a proven track record of managing the day to day project management of development projects from inception to completion, then a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join us as a Development Project Manager on a 12 month FTC (covering maternity)

In this exciting fixed term contract, you’ll be the principal point of contact and engage effectively with a wide range of key stakeholders using your proven communication skills, working collaboratively to successfully develop and deliver new build schemes.

You’ll drive delivery and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget and achieve value for money and meet the project milestones.

You’ll commission and liaise with developers, contractors, architects, cost consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver the construction of new developments.

You’ll adopt and comply with strategy and regulatory requirements, organisational values, policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Procurement, and Safe Guarding.

What you'll need

You’ll have a proven track record in delivery of residential projects, ideally working in the Housing sector for Housing associations, local authorities, consultancies or developers.

You’ll have previous experiences of developing and maintaining successful relationships with Contractors /Developers and Employers Agent.

You’ll have a clear understanding of the legal and operational requirements of housing development.

You’ll be able to analyse and create multi-phase project cash flows and assess feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.

The role will work with a range of residents and colleagues, so a positive approach to collaborative team working is essential. You’ll need to live our one team culture.
