As a housing management professional with a proven track record in the delivery of tenancy, customer and estate management services you’ll expertly navigate our course across the group. Starting with producing quality homes, your voyage will encompass the management of our empty homes and void process. With the support of our Neighbourhoods and Home Choices Captains you’ll keep us steady whatever the weather.

For a successful mission your crew will need an inspirational leader providing expert advice, demonstrating knowledge of Health & Safety, domestic abuse and mental health, supported by your sound knowledge of legislative and regulatory expectations of the sector.

Your ability to coach, mentor, develop and motivate will showcase through the performance of others while your collaborative way of working and excellent communication skills shine through as you circumnavigate the business supporting the Futures mission.
