About the Role
The Facilities Management team offers the successful applicant a range of opportunities to drive and shape a key front-line service but also to develop as an individual. The successful applicant would be joining a friendly and open team which values honesty and integrity alongside a fantastic team ethos. The Customer Service Manager role is key to delivering upon our priorities and will play a major part in achieving our strategic aims.
In this role you will be responsible for defining and driving the FM customer experience strategy including maintaining oversight of service standards and consistency across FM. You will also work with FM Service Area Managers to ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the year.
