Our vision for this role
We’re looking for a committed and innovative individual to work across the organisation with the Communications and Sales and Lettings teams as well as the Head of Customer Experience to deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy based on the analysis of trends. Outputs include creating attractive and useful content, streamlining the customer journey, SEO and effective email and social media marketing campaigns.
Your proactive approach and expertise in digital marketing will help enhance our online presence and reputation. Teamwork is a must as you’ll be working across the organisation, telling our stories and managing several websites.
The role presents a great opportunity to improve our brand awareness and loyalty at all points of the customer journey and to add value to local communities.
What you’ll do
This is a rewarding and exciting position – responsible for building relationships and trust both internally within your Origin team and externally with the community you serve.
At a glance you:
Take the lead
- Understand and develop the customer journey for each of the websites
- Ensure digital content on websites, property portals and other channels is attractive, current and accurate
- Implement SEO strategies and pay per click campaigns to ensure online content is highly visible
- Develop and implement engaging content marketing and social media strategies that support and enhance our reputation
Go the extra, extra mile
- Keep up to date with the latest digital trends and make recommendations to improve and innovate our ongoing online presence
- Evolve our digital channels based on analysis to improve customer experience

You’ll need to be a confident communicator across all channels but, specifically, you’ll need experience of writing digital content for a variety of audiences.
