We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Complaints Administrator based in Bristol. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis working 22.5 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (pro rata).

About our Complaints Administrator role:

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to make a real difference in the way we deliver our Development programme and drive forward the agenda for affordable housing and stronger communities in the city and beyond.

Key Responsibilities as our Complaints Administrator:

- Providing a customer-focused and quality administrative service in support of a robust complaints? response service
- Administering the complaints management process, in terms of effective logging of complaints, tracking of responses and any escalations, recording outcomes and collating the required information to enable learning from complaints and wider complaints reporting
- Assisting in the planning, organising and delivery of agreed engagement and involvement activities and initiatives
