Procurement and Contracts Manager

If so, you could be our new Procurement & Contracts Manager. As a procurement professional with a proven track record in the delivery of end to end tenders and quote processes, you’ll really know how to apply the most effective procurement strategies using your knowledge of the UK legislative framework to meet our needs while promoting ethical practice and delivery of Social Value.
You’ll have the perfect platform to showcase your people skills, working with our managers and our procurement team, developing and delivering training, along with hosting annual reviews with key suppliers with whom you’ll ensure the achievement of ‘value for money’ through Efficiencies, Economy and Effectiveness.
Your ability to coach, mentor, develop and motivate will showcase through the performance of others, your collaborative way of working and excellent communication skills will shine as we put our customers at the heart of everything we do on our journey to support people and families across the East Midlands by delivering ‘Great Places’, ‘Great Services’ and ‘Great Tomorrows’.

We’re currently based in Derbyshire and our main office will be moving to a state-of-the-art, flexible new workspace near East Midlands Airport later this year.
