Amid the COVID-19 pandemic we're committed as always to providing our customers with the best service possible, with this in mind we are on the hunt for a Procurement Officer who really knows their stuff. You’ll love rising to the challenge and managing tight deadlines on a range of tasks, maintaining your excellent attention to detail whilst undertaking cradle-to- grave procurement and contract management. You’ll also be highly organised, taking pride in your accuracy which will be reflected in all aspects of your role.
Variety is important to you as you’ll have exposure to the wider business, suppliers and stakeholders building great relationships as you go. You’ll need those strong IT skills of yours when navigating our systems, undertaking administrative tasks and placing orders, effortlessly react to requirements outside of the programme, along with preparing reports and formal documentation.
You’ll want to be part of a busy team, building great relationships with colleagues, the wider business and suppliers alike on our journey to support people and families across the East Midlands by delivering ‘Great Places’, ‘Great Services’ and ‘Great Tomorrows’.
