Redbridge is an ambitious, diverse and exciting east-London borough. What we do is driven by changing our relationship with local people to support our vision. As a result, we've developed innovative ways to build our communities and transform our Council.
We're one of the fastest growing parts of the country and the third most diverse London borough. Our communities are attracted by a mixture of excellent schools, relatively affordable housing, high-quality open space and rapid transport connections into the heart of the City.
This is an exciting time to join us here at Redbridge with the commencement of new repairs and Maintenance Contracts, the renewal of our Asset Management Strategy and renewed focus on sustainability, energy management and customer service.
This post forms a part of the Asset Management Team within the housing service responsible for the building maintenance management function for the councils housing stock, including all statutory compliance and capital works and planned maintenance.
We are looking for a Repairs Quality Officer to work in our Maintenance Services Team with the commencement of new repairs and Maintenance Contracts this April.
You will focus on quality management, service delivery and the management of the new contract
You should have relevant experience within a maintenance team and will be required to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the maintenance services.
