Change Training Manager
We’re on the hunt for a Change Training Manager, someone to win hearts and minds on our digital journey. Are you that special someone who can develop, facilitate, coordinate and deliver our CRM, ICT and digital engagement training?
You’ll have a great platform to showcase those amazing communication skills of yours, coaching, supporting and developing the confidence of the Futures team.
Your organisational skills, background in one to one and classroom training will prove invaluable as will your ability to translate complex information into instructional materials understandable to all.
An understanding of social housing would be beneficial but not a deal breaker if you can captivate your audience, taking them on our exciting journey putting customers at the heart of everything we do
