We are looking for a Supported Housing Specialist (1 post) to join our Health and Wellbeing Team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will deliver a specialist Wellbeing service to all our vulnerable customers across Onward working collaboratively with our Neighbourhoods Teams and partner agencies to ensure a high level of customer service. 

In the role, you will be responsible for your own caseload within your allocated neighbourhood patches whilst working towards sustaining tenancies for our more vulnerable customers enabling them to live more independently.  Working collaboratively  alongside colleagues internally and externally, you will develop and deliver bespoke wellbeing services to individual neighbourhoods based on the neighbourhood plans.

You will have a good understanding of wellbeing issues that affect customers tenancies within the neighbourhoods in which we operate, whilst having the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external organisations. You should be educated to GCSE standard or have equivalent qualification / experience and hold a full UK driving license.  A satisfactory DBS check will be required.
