We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

You’ll be joining Adra’s Assets Department, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Assets. The assets department manage all property related matters including investment plan, repairs, maintenance, compliance, adaptations, commercial properties, office facilities and land.

Adra’s asset department are currently working on a new ambitious 10-year Asset management strategy to further improve and grow our business. You will be an integral part of delivering this strategy, highlighting areas for improvement and working collaboratively across the department to deliver high levels performance and efficiency.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.
