We currently have three new exciting opportunities to join our People team in an administrative role, as we support the business going through a period of change.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong administrative background, with great attention to detail and organisation skills to support our colleagues.

If you would like to make a real difference and enjoy working in a fast paced and varied role. It is not necessary, but maybe beneficial if you have experience of working in a HR team. In the Midlands, it is an exciting time as we relocate to brand new and modern offices in Beeston.

More about the Role:

This is a Full-time Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, within the People Ops Team in the Midlands that supports Central Customer Services. It is a great opportunity to get involved and truly help shape the experience offered as we embed our direction, team culture, and way of working through the period of change.

You will be responsible for providing a professional, customer-focused administration service to the People Operations team and to Line Management across the business, ensuring the application of best practice, whilst following work instructions, processes and procedures. Everyone is accountable and responsible for answering queries from colleagues across the organisation in relation to people matters.

You will be supporting organisational change and If you were successful in the role you will work with the team to manage day-to-day People Administration within the People function relating to organisational change; contractual changes and leavers, as well as generalist People activities. This would include system/tracker updates, reporting and producing documentation correctly within agreed timescales in order to ensure value adding service is delivered to the organisation.

What you'll need to Succeed:

•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

•Brilliant organisation skills

•A working knowledge of systems including Office 360

•Warm, friendly attitude with excellent all-round communication skills (written and verbal)

•Ability to work in a fast paced and adaptive role
